I have type O negative blood and my husband has type O positive yet we have 10 healthy and normal children . How did this happen?

The answer is simply LUCK !

I presume that you are referring to our article on Rh Disease  in which I mention that my own mother who is Rh negative had five children and an RH positive husband. It's the same answer for her too.... LUCK !

The passing of a child's blood into the mother's system does not always happen and obviously this is the case with you (ten times!). It is purely a chance situation.
