Q If both parents are A positive, is it possible for one of their seven children to be A negative and the rest A
positive? The answer is Yes. If both parents are positive, then when/if they both carry the gene combination of +ve plus -ve (the negative is recessive, and the positive gene is dominant), then if the child gets the -ve gene from both parents, he/she will be RH negative. If the other 6 siblings get at least one +ve gene from either parent, then they will be RH positive.
