Baby's Development:

Baby hears things better and better.  From the vibrations all around, he can now distinguish real sounds and voices.  It is true that the baby's heart will increase in rhythm on hearing either mother or father's voice.

The period of hyperactivity begins to fade.  The tiredness returns in earnest and no matter how much you eat, the baby always seems to want more.  Take a little time out for yourself if you can.

Practice the breathing exercises with your partner.  If you haven't been to the pre-natal classes, then read a good book on the subject quickly.

You may already begin to lactate a little... invest in some cotton pads, it will save changing your T-shirt 3 times a day.
