Baby's Development:

Baby moves less because it is running out of space.  The legs are folded at the knees and the arms are crossed, with the chin resting on the chest.

If not turned around yet, then baby will probably make the maneuver this week, otherwise your doctor or mid-wife will assist.

The alveoli of the lungs cover themselves with a new cell layer.  This in turn secrets a liquid that allows the lungs to retract completely after the first intake of air at birth.

Up to now, the sensation of feeling the baby move has been a real joy for you, but now that it is getting stronger you begin to feel everything with more intensity.

His Emotions:

You may see the hands or feet pushing out on the stomach, it's sensational and also makes for some unforgettable photos or video, so be prepared with plenty of film.

Useful Information:

Normally the week of the final scan.  It allows a check on the baby's growth and to check that all is well with the placenta exchanges.  This is simply a final check that the pregnancy will end well.
