Baby's Development:

This week, the baby's weight gain is considerable, becoming more and more chubby.

Most of the protective hairs and tissues start to disappear (but some may remain as a scaly coating at birth).  Often, tiny vellus (or peach fuzz) hairs with grow over the next week or so.

You want everything to be spotlessly clean!  The windows have never been so clear and the dust mites quiver in the corner.

Useful Information:

The baby will maybe drop into the pelvic bowl.  It can be a smooth transition or it can happen suddenly, either way it is a good sign and it doesn't mean that you will deliver the next day.
